Will Loadstar ST185/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire w Wheel Replace Wheel with 5 on 4-1/2 inch Bolt Pattern
Question:
Hello, I am looking at a spare wheel and tire. I have a 175/80/R13 tire, and a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern. I have been looking them over and noticed some have a pilot diameter of 2.99inch and some of 3.19. Other than taking my existing wheel off and measuring how do I determine the pilot size? Why are there 2 different options for the same size wheel? Thank.

Different trailers will use different hubs that might have different dimensions is the short answer. That said we've yet to hear about any of our 13 inch trailer wheels like what comes with the part # AM3S334 not fitting a hub based on pilot diameter.
Since you have this size and the 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern this wheel and tire will fit and work well for you.
