Weight Distribution Recommendation for 2016 Nissan 4Runner Towing Camper

Question:

Hello I did not think we would need a Weight Distribution System for the 4 runner that is lifted 3inch but after connecting up the trailer it looks like a might? The trailer is about 2700 pounds dry with 250 pound tongue waight. The 4 runner has 5000 towing compactly and 500 tongue waight. In the photo i have a 4inch . When i connected it ed the backend close to 2 3/4inch and raised the front about 1 Would a 6inch help? Any ideas? I just want to be safe Thanks You for your time

Looks like there's a bit of suspension sag on your 2016 Toyota 4Runner based on the pic you sent in. A weight distribution system would be a great option to reduce that.

The Fastway e2 kit part # FA92-00-0450 would be a great option for fighting the sag as it has a tongue weight range of up to 450 lbs. For a hitch ball you'd then want the part # 40038 and then to install the ball you'd need a thin walled socket like the # ALL643216.
