Replacement 8-259 Hub With 2,000 lb Capacity and 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern
Question:
We finally got a break from snow and rain - the back of the Dexter hub is marked 8-259 in one location and has 156 marked in another location. The bearing races themselves didn't have any laser or stamped markings and the inner races were nearly completely destroyed. Please advise which models that you stock are considered suitable replacements for the failed hub or advise if you need more info.

In order to find the correct hub for your trailer you will need to take the current hub off, take it apart and find the bearing numbers, which will be stamped on the bearings themselves. If you get back to me with that information I may be able to help you find the right hub.
