Will 215/70R15 Tires Fit 15x5 Wheels

I have 21570r15 tires can I use the 15x5 wheels?

A 215/70R15 size tire can be fitted to a 15-inch wheel whose width is either 5-1/2, 6-, 6-1/2-, or 7-inches. It will not fit a 15 x 5-inch wheel like the Dexstar Steel Trailer Wheel, Item # AM20422.
