If your 2008 Ford F-450 does not have any existing connector installed at the rear of the truck, you will need to start by installing a 4-Way. For this, I recommend the Tekonsha 4-Pole Hardwire Kit # 18252. This universal harness includes the needed quick-splice connectors and circuit testers for installation.

I have attached the installation instructions that you can take a look at.

Then, from there (or if you already have a 4-Way on your F-450), you will need to install the Hopkins # 37185 to convert it to a fully functional 7-Way. Once installed, you will be able to connect with the 7-Way on your trailer that you provided a picture of.

In order to control the brakes on your trailer, you will also need to install a trailer brake controller, for which I highly recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. This is a great, proportional controller that will activate the brakes on your trailer at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in your truck. It features an easy to read digital display and continuous diagnostics that will alert you to any potential issues.

To install the controller, you will just need the Tekonsha Plug-In Adapter # 3034-P. One end of the adapter will connect to the controller itself, while the other end will plug into the built-in port behind the dash of your F-450. I have attached the installation instructions for you to check out as well.
