Question:
I would like to upgrade my factory flat 4 pin trailer harness to a 7 pole and for it to work with my Tekonsha p3 trailer brake controller. I have a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder. What all products will I need?

Since you already have a factory 4-way trailer connector on your 2009 Nissan Pathfinder use our # ETBC7 kit to convert it to a 7-way. It uses your existing 4-way and leaves you with a fully functioning 7-way with a 4-way as well. I've linked a video of the kit being installed on an Xterra for you. The vehicle is different but the process is basically the same.
Then to install the P3, part # 90195, there should be a connector under your Pathfinder's dashboard. Use part # 3050-P to connect the P3.
