For your 2011 Ford F-250 you have two options for a fifth wheel rail kit. The part # RP30035 (estimated 6 hour install) which is a universal style rail kit that has been confirmed as a fit, or a custom install kit like part # RP50026-58. (estimated 3.5 hour install)
The difference here is price and ease of install. The universal kit will cost a bit less but will be a much bigger headache to install. The custom install kit will install much easier and will minimize drilling since it comes with bracket designed specifically for the frame of your truck.
BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!
There is a third custom install kit that uses an outboard bracket design which makes the install even easier since you don't have to access the inner portion of the truck frame. For that you'd want the part # RP56016-53. The downsides to this kit is it costs the most and gives will put the largest rails in the bed of your truck. (estimated 3.5 hour install) I attached an install video for this as well.
