Expert Reply:
To get the correct replacement submersible tail lights for your 2003 Ranger trailer I would need the part number off the lights on your trailer now or the shape (round, rectangle, oval, and square) and dimensions of the lights you have.
The part number I would need would be on the light itself not the part number that is on the lens. I am including a picture that will show the dimensions that are needed to match up the correct lights for your trailer.
The Optronics Submersible Trailer Light, part # ST16RB you have referenced is an exact replacement for Wesbar # 3554 and Peterson # M456 lights. The dimensions on this light are 8-1/16 inches Long x 2-7/8 inches Wide x 2-13/16 inches Deep.
