The B&W Silencer Pad for B&W 2-Inch Tow & Stow Multi-Ball Mounts # BWTS35020 is meant for use with their Tow & Stow Multi-Ball Mounts like # BWTS10037B. It is sized specifically for use with this series of ball mounts but there will certainly be other brands of hitch and ball mount that can use it.

For a good general-purpose anti-rattle device for use with a 2-inch hitch and ball mount I suggest the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061. This will work on any 2-inch hitch receiver that has a collar around the receiver opening. Please refer to the linked video.
