The ISSE Hybrid Snow Socks - Size 72 # TCH72 referenced in your question are confirmed to fit the 265/50-19 size tires that are on your 2014 Audi Q7. These snow socks will help you to safely navigate snowy or icy roads by providing traction for your tires.
I was unable to find any information on the 215/70-19 tire size that you mentioned having on your Lincoln Navigator. It looks like the typical tire size on this vehicle is a 255/70-18. We do not have a snow sock available that is designed to fit this particular tire size. If this is what you have on your vehicle, I instead recommend looking at tire chains like the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2326. These square-link, diamond-pattern tire chains will provide excellent traction in snow and ice. These are Class S compatible for vehicles with limited clearance available.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out. If you have a different tire size on your Navigator, please let me know and I will be happy to make a different recommendation.
