We do offer quite a few powered and manual replacement RV steps so I understand the challenge of figuring out the right ones for any given RV.

The key to selecting replacements is knowing the overall size of the step unit, the step mounting hole spacing, both left-to-right and front-to-back as you're looking at the RV, and the retracted height, which affect ground clearance. We provide this information for all of our RV steps. The Kwikee 32 Series Double Tread Electric Step # LC372261 that you referenced is 24-inches wide, has its mounting holes spaced apart (measuring from the holes' centers) 22-inches left-to-right and 8-inches front-to-back. Retracted height is 8-inches.

Since RV makers do not always maintain records of items like steps used in their products these few measurements will get the job done.

What type of manual 3 stepWould fit a 1983 Aluma lite trailer? The ones I took 2 steps off are 25” width and all the ones I find with 3 steps are 27 1/2” wide. They wont fit. Any ideas? The trailer framed has been turned and made into a gooseneck and sits too high off the ground for 2 steps. Looking to add a 3rd step. Thanks

Are you referring to the mounting bracket width or the actual step width? If it's the mounting bracket, the closest 3-step assemblies we have are those with a 25-1/2" wide bracket. You MIGHT be able to squeeze this between the existing brackets on your trailer, but it's possible they will need to be moved. The TorkLift # TLA8103 is a really nice 3-step option. If you need new brackets you can use part # TLA8022.
