If you are needing a brake controller for your vehicle to activate your trailer brakes, then I highly recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. It features an easy-to-read LCD screen that doesn't use codes like most other brake controllers. It has also received many great reviews from our customers.
It sounds like you already have a 7-Way installed on your 2007 Winnebago Tour and that there is a place to install it under your driver side dash. We do not have any plug-in adapters for your Tour, but the P3 should still be an easy install.
If you use a Circuit Tester # PTW2992 you can test the wires that are attached to that plug under your dash. You will need one to have constant 12V of power, one that sends power to the brake controller pin on your 7-Way, one is ground, and one will receive a signal when the brake pedal is pressed (COLD side of your Stop Light Switch). If these are the signals that you are getting, then you will simply need to cut the plug off of your Winnebago and splice the following wires from the P3 pigtail to the following functions:
Black - 12V Power
Blue - Brake Controller Pin on 7-Way
White - Ground
Red - COLD Side of Stop Light Switch
If your Winnebago already has the wiring ran for a brake controller, then this should be all you need to do to install a brake controller.
If you do not have a 7-Way and/or you do not get those signals on the wiring for the plug under your dash let me know and I can recommend other wiring needed.
I have attached a diagram to assist you for the installation.
