Tire Chains Compatible With LT265/70-18 Tires on a 2013 GMC Sierra 2500
Question:
Any tire chain recommendations for a 2013 GMC 2500HD SLT 4x4? Tire size is 265/70/18.

According to the owner's manual for your 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 the use of traction devices such as tire chains on a LT265/70-18 tire is not permitted due to the clearance issues between the chains and vehicle. However, with that being said I certainly understand states that require the use of tire chains for certain scenarios.
Should you choose to use a set of chain chains anyways the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains with Cams part # TC2228CAM are an excellent option and a confirmed fit for a LT265/70-18 tire. The chains feature a cam tightener that allows for a quick and easy install.
