Yes. From my research, your 2010 Honda Fit can be flat towed. You should verify with your owner's manual.

The items needed to tow your Fit will include base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, wiring, and a braking system.

For your 2010 Fit, I recommend the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Item # 521190-1 because it is designed for your vehicle. It also has twistlock brackets that are virtually invisible and can be removed. The Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain Item # RM-576 is a great choice that fits the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate and it includes safety cables.

A good lighting kit for your Fit is the Roadmaster Diode Wiring Kit Item # RM-154 that will use your vehicle's tail lights and also includes 7-wire to 6-wire coiled electrical cord. You will need to pull fuse(s) during towing. A possible option is a fuse bypass like Item # RM76511. Be sure and check your owner's manual for more information.

A high-low hitch adapter may also be needed to keep your vehicle fairly level while being flat towed. A "safe zone" of 3 inches above or 3 inches below level must be maintained while towing a vehicle. High-low adapters provide necessary rise or drop to get into the "safe zone". I have attached a link to our available selections.

Finally, the SMI Stay-In-Play Braking System Item # SM99251 is a great proportional braking system that has a convenient one time set-up.

Before towing your 2010 Honda Fit, check your vehicle owner's manual for suggestions and recommendations.
