The shanks for weight distribution systems, such as Equal-i-zer # EQ90-02-4900, use standard hole sizes and spacing (3/4-inch diameter, spaced 1-1/4-inches apart on center) so they can be used with other brands of head assembly. You do want to ensure the shank is rated for at least the same tongue weight (TW) as the weight distribution system head unit and spring bars. This shank is rated for up to 1600-lbs TW.
