While I haven't heard specifically if someone has installed the P3 brake controller # 90195 in the console cubby hole on a 2012 Toyota Tundra I know that it can be done as long as the hole is large enough. The body of the controller is 3-5/8 inches wide, 4-5/8 inches long, and 1-3/8 inches tall. If the cubby can handle the height and width of the controller then it could be installed in that location.
You would have to drill a hole in the back of that cubby to run the controller wiring so keep that in mind as well.
The wiring harness to plug this controller into your truck is # 3040-P.
