Question:
I have a Starcraft AR-One 18 QB travel trailer with a Lippert Components NV Axle, Variant # V000250232, 3,500 lbs. with 14inch wheels. Am wanting to know if this Brake Kit will fit this trailer. The manufacture date on the axle is 12/16/15. Thanks.

Thank you so much for providing your axle details. I spoke to my contact at Lippert and he confirmed that your 3500 lb Lippert spring axle will use standard 10" x 2.25" brake assemblies. So, the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit, # 23-26-27, will work with your Starcraft AR-One 18QB Travel Trailer.
The mounting bolts, nuts & adjuster plugs are included with this kit, but you will also need 4 lock washers, # 5-8. A helpful tool to have on hand is the brake adjustment spoon, # W80630, which can be used for your initial adjustment and then be stored in your toolbox for future use.
I've attached our video for trailer brakes and wiring installation. If you skip to the 4:40 mark you can see the brake adjustment process. I've also included a link to etrailer's Trailer Maintenance Schedule. I recommend hanging a printed copy inside of the access door on your travel trailer where you store your trailer toolbox.
