Correct Tire Pressure for a 4.80-8 Tire With Maximum 60 psi

Hi eTrailer, What is the correct inflation pressure for a B tire with a maximum 60psi pressure and constructed with two plies? Is it 35psi, 60psi?

Hi. The correct tire pressure for a 4.80-8 for a load range B tire with maximum load at 60 psi, such as the Kenda # AM10002, would be 60 psi. You want to keep your tires inflated to the maximum air pressure; they will wear less, perform better and you'll even get better gas mileage out of the tires when they are properly inflated.
