I contacted our representative at Draw-Tite about the # 75940 hitch and asked about the ground clearance on your 2011 Audi Q5. I was told that they do not have specific measurements on ground clearance as it can vary from different model years and sub models of each vehicle.

He did inform me that the hitch sits about 1 inch away from the bumper fascia, so what you can do is measure from the bottom edge of the bumper down about 3-1/2 inches. This measurement will give you an idea of where the bottom of the receiver will sit on your 2011 Audi Q5.
