I do have an option that will allow you to use a set of air springs with a gooseneck hitch however due to the mounting location on your 2008 Toyota Tundra none of our air spring kits including the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 part # AL88299 will work with our underbed gooseneck hitches including the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1257.

In order to use the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 air springs with a gooseneck hitch you will want to install a set of 5th wheel installation brackets such as the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit w Spacers part # RP30035-309 in addition to a 5th wheel mounted gooseneck hitch like the Curt 25K Gooseneck Plate for Fifth Wheel Rails part # 16055.

In order to use an under bed mounted gooseneck hitch like the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit on your vehicle you would want to remove the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 air springs. Since you will be removing your vehicle's rear suspension enhancements for this option I recommend replacing them with a set of upgraded bump stops like the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TTORTUN4.

I have attached a few review and installation videos of these products for you.
