Can Old Truck Tires and Snow Chains be Used on New Truck
Question:
I have a set of chains that fit my old truck. The tires on it were 245/75/16 My new truck has tires size 265/70/17 Can I use the old tires on my new truck?

If your 245/75/16 size tires are compatible with your new truck then using chains, like the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2323, shouldn't be a problem. I would just double check to make sure that the old tires are compatible, that they are not worn out, that they can handle at least the same weight capacity, and that the owner's manual for your current truck doesn't prohibit the use of tire chains.
