Will Curt 4-Way Trailer Connector Work With 2009 Land Rover LR2?
Question:
I have read that this vehicle cannot be wired for towing because it has a CAN network protocol to transmit signals. Does this kit work on my 2009 Land Rover LR2. Do I need it programmed by a Dealer? Thank you for any assistance.

The Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236 will work on your 2009 Land Rover LR2, and you won't need a dealer to program it. Controller Area Network (CAN bus) has been around since 2003 and has been in most vehicles since 2008, so you don't have anything to worry about.
I've added a links to a review video and install of this connector for you to take a look at.
