Expert Reply:
Although you won't be able to just wave your foot under the back of your 2017 Infiniti QX60 to activate the hands-free liftgate function, you will still be able to easily activate it by performing a kicking motion (like you are kicking a football) to the left or right side of the trailer hitch receiver.
The trailer hitch receiver that I recommend for your QX60 is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76031 due to the higher weight capacities (900 lbs TW and 6,000 lbs GTW) that it has over the Curt # C13126 option (600 lbs TW and 4,000 lbs GTW).
I have attached a video of this hitch receiver being installed on a 2014 QX60 that you can use as a reference.
