This Convert-A-Ball Multi-Cushioned Gooseneck Trailer Coupler, part # CG, is a cushioned coupler for a gooseneck trailer. Convert-A-Ball is the brand name, this will not allow you to pull your trailer with a fifth wheel hitch.
If you have a fifth wheel hitch in your truck and you are needing to pull a gooseneck trailer I would recommend you get a Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails, part # 16085. This product will mount into Valley, Draw-Tite, Reese, Hidden Hitch and Curt Fifth Wheel Rails to allow you to pull a gooseneck trailer.
I attached installation instructions for this product below for you to check out.
