Recommended Roof Mount Bike Rack that Doesnt Require the Front Wheel to be Removed

I am wondering what my options are for an upright bike rack for my 2014 hyundai accent se hatchback. I have a Rola 59715 roof rack installed. I would like one that does not require removal of the front bike wheel. Thanks!
