You should verify with the owner's manual but from my research the 2011 Honda Fit can be flat towed with all 4 wheels on the ground.

To flat tow it you're going to need a tow bar, base plate kit, wiring, a supplemental braking system, and likely a high-low adapter.

The Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520 is a great option to tow your Honda. It has a large hookup raidus and self-aligns so hooking up is easier and smoother. It connects right up to the EZ Base Plate Kit # 521190-1 along with part # 910021-00 that is confirmed to fit your Fit.

To power the Honda's lights I suggest the diode kit # RM-15267. This will use the vehicle's tail lights by connecting to the RV's and includes the cord to go between the two. You'll need to pull a fuse in the Fit. To make this easier we have Fusemaster Fuse Bypasses # RM76511.

For a supplemental braking system the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 is a favorite around here because of how reliable it is and it's easier to install than many other permanently installed systems.

Finally, you'll likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop your setup requires. I've also linked our selection of adapters for you to look at once you know what you need.

In addition to my recommendations I've linked some articles on flat towing that you may find helpful.
