Which Trailer Spindle and Brakes Are Used with Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly, # 8-173-16UC3
Question:
Im going to add brakes to two trailers ... one is a very light one pulled by my motorcycle. I want to put 7 hubs on them with 4x4 bolt tire rims. Which spindles are needed with these brake hubs??

For Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly, # 8-173-16UC3, you can use BTR EZ Lube Spindle, # TRU44FR. For bakes, use # 23-47 and # 23-48. When adding brakes to a trailer, you will need to make sure the trailer has a brake mounting flange welded to the axle. If they do not, you can add them and the welding will need to be done by a qualified professional welder. We have several mounting flanges, depending on your specific needs.
