For your 2007 Subaru Tribeca I would recommend you get a etrailer Products Hitch Cargo Carrier, part # e98874. This carrier has a folding mechanism in it to allow it to be up and out of the way when you are not using it.
This carrier measures 19-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier when down, and 9-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of carrier when folded up. I would measure from the center of your hitch pin hole out to the furthest point on your Tribeca to determine if you have clearance to use this carrier when it is in the up position.
I attached a review video of this product below for you to check out.

If the ball mount you're using is hollow, the Let's Go Aero locking anti-rattle hitch pin, part # 63232 would work great. The square block and spring would insert into the end of the hollow shank of the ball mount with the spring and the hole in the block lining up with the hitch pin hole.
A second option is the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch, part # RM-061. The Quiet Hitch bolts around the junction of the ball mount and the receiver tube, locking the two together.
