As there is not an exact torque specification rating for the castle nut on a hub assembly, you will want to tighten the nut down all the way by hand until you can no longer turn it, then back the nut off a quarter turn.
Over tightening the hub nut can cause the bearing to overheat and damage your entire hub assembly therefore, I have attached a video that will further emphasize this process.
