Can The Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver Part # E-100 Be Mounted Upside Down

Can this be mounted with the receiver on top of the bumper vs below the bumper? I want to maximize clearance. Basically upside down from the image.

Yes, the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E-100 can be mounted on the RV's bumper both right side up or upside down, as long as you have a 4" steel bumper channel and you are only using the hitch for RV approved accessories. You will also need a stabilizer strap to support these accessories using the Curt Trailer Hitch Support Strap part # 18050.
