We have everything you need to install the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 (great choice) on your 2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500, however there is not currently a plug-in adapter available for this vehicle.
If there is already a factory installed 7-way connector on your Sprinter, you will just need to install the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751475 along with the Universal Installation Wiring # 5506. This wiring kit includes the duplex wire and circuit breakers needed for installation.
I have attached an installation video on the 2016 Sprinter 3500 that you can use as a reference. The process on your 2017 model will be very similar.
