On your 2014 Harley Tri Glide, there is an open circuit on that brown pin for your running lights. I recommend tracing that wire with a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to locate the short. It sounds like it was spliced in on the wrong side of your ignition and is drawing power from your battery all the time. If you have traced it all the way back to its origin, I recommend disconnecting it and finding another place to splice into the running lights like at your tail light making sure to splice into the running light and not the stop light since this is a two wire system for your dual filament bulb.
