Most Popular Bike Rack to Fit 1-1/4 Inch Hitch Receiver
Question:
What is the best/ most popular bike rack with a 1and1/4 hitch?

Expert Reply:
Our most popular bike rack that fits into a 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver is the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR.
The Hitching Post Pro fits Class I and Class II, 1-1/4 inch hitches and carry bikes up to 35 pounds each. If using the rack on a Class II hitch you can carry up to 4 bike but you're limited to only 2 on a Class I hitch.
The rack tilts away to help allow access to the rear of your vehicle, includes an anti-rattle bolt, and can be locked to the hitch using # THSTL2.
Since this is a hanging bike rack you may need an adapter bar like the Kuat Ubar # UB01. This creates the horizontal cross tube for bikes that don't already have one and allows them to be carried level on the rack.
