The Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH934XTR is by far our most popular bike rack because of it's function for the casual user. It is foldable to take up less space and it is has a tilt function so you can gain access to your cargo area so many people will leave it on their vehicle even though they may not use it all that often because it offers them the opportunity to use it at a moments notice.

This rack is a very nice rack that has the anti-sway cradles, and will fit a 1-1/4 inch or 2 inch hitch receiver. It does not come with the locks, so I recommend getting the hitch lock # THSTL2 along with a cable lock like # e98891.

For any step through frames, I recommend the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005. This will create a top frame rail between your seat post and handlebars to help you carry the bike level and give you greater ground clearance.
