First let's start with a hitch for your 2014 Nissan Rogue. For that we have the Draw Tite hitch part # 75902 which is a confirmed Class III hitch with a 2 inch opening that will work well for carrying a bike rack.
My favorite 2 bike rack is the Saris SuperClamp EX part # SA4025F because it's a platform bike rack which means it's easy to load/unload, it's light weight at only 35 lbs, it's made in the USA, and it only touches the bikes at the tires.
