Recommended Trailer Wiring Connector On 2004 Holiday Rambler Endeavor
Question:
I am not the original owner 2004 Holiday Rambler Endeavor - the wiring has been cut leaving the wiring cut with blunt ends = is there any way that I can get the correct wiring colors to install a 6 pole male connector. My trailers are all 4 wire but I have an adapter that goes from a 6 pole down to a 4 way connector Thank you.

For your 2004 Holiday Rambler Endeavor, I recommend you use a 7-way instead of a 6-way and get a connector like the 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring - Vehicle End # HM40975-11998. This kit will give you the trailer connector, the mount, the butt connectors and the ring terminal for installation.
The wiring of this trailer connection is as follows and I recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to ensure you match function to function on your Motorhome.
Red=Left turn and stop 14 Gauge
White=Ground 10 Gauge
Blue=Electric brakes 12 Gauge
Green=Right turn and stop 14 Gauge
Black=Battery 12 Gauge
Brown=Running lights 14 Gauge
Yellow=Reverse lights 14 Gauge
