The Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - EZ-Lube - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 89" - 3,500 lbs # e43SR is the closest fit to what you currently have. The spring brackets match up, but the hub faces do not. The 2 inches of difference will cause each wheel to be 1 inch closer to the inside than they currently are. You will want to make sure you have adequate clearance with your frame and other components for this. If you have room, these axles will bolt right in, but I recommend new mounting hardware like the U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 3,500-lb, Round Trailer Axles - 5-1/2" Long U-Bolts # APUBR-1.
If you do not have the clearance for the thru-axles, I recommend the the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs - Straight Spindle - 3,500 lbs # A35RS545E. These are a universal fit. You will want to make sure you have a cross brace or use 2 inch square tubing to connect the axles in the integrated holes. This will replace your leaf springs and all other components of your axle and suspension. This system can be used for tandem axle applications but not triple, so it will work well for you.
