Can Tow & Stow Ball Mount Platform be Locked to the Shank
Question:
It appears that an owner with one of these would need FOUR locking hitch pins to deter theft or malicious tampering removal of any pin. Am I correct? If so, you should offer a sweet deal on a set of locking hitch pins!

There isn't a lock for the ball platform portion of the Tow & Stow ball mounts such as # BWTS10050B. The reasoning is that there isn't really any incentive to steal just that part of the ball mount (assuming the shank is locked to the hitch) and it can't be removed from the shank even with the pins pulled. There isn't anything they could do with it by itself. So keep the shank locked to the hitch with a locking hitch pin such as # e98880. I am certain though if theft of the platform part becomes an issue B&W will create locks for it.
