I have and odd trailer electrical hookup on a 2006 Toyota Tundra and am looking for an adapter. I have a picture of the connection if I can get an address to send it to.

From the picture that you sent, it looks like your 2006 Toyota Tundra is equipped with a factory tow package. All you will need to do is use the Tekonsha Replacement Multi-Plug Trailer Connector # 20137. This will plug directly into the connectors that you found and will give you a fully functional 4-Way and 7-Way wiring harness at the back of your Tundra.
You can also use a No-Drill Mount Bracket, Short # 18140, or Long # C57202, for an easy installation of the harness to your trailer hitch.
I also recommend making sure you clean out the connections really well to help prevent any interference. You can use the Dielectric Grease # 11755 as well to help prevent electrical fails caused by corrosion and moisture.
