I may have a solution for you, however we do not currently offer any custom-fit trailer hitches for the 2001 Ford F-53 Chassis on your motorhome.
Our available selection of trailer hitches designed for RVs and motorhomes are all Class III hitches. In order to upgrade, I recommend looking at a Universal Weld-On Heavy Duty Hitch like the Curt # 15901. This is a Class V trailer hitch that can fit frames from 18 inches up to almost 44 inches using the adjustable side brackets. This will offer a maximum gross trailer weight capacity of 15,000 pounds and a maximum tongue weight capacity of 1,500 pounds. I strongly recommend verifying the towing capacity of your motorhome, as this will likely be the limiting factor and may even be less than the 7,000 pounds you are looking for.
I recommend having a certified professional perform the weld-on installation of this hitch. I have attached the installation details for you to look at.
I have included links to both our RV hitches and Weld-On Hitches for you to review.
