I looked at an online copy of the owner's manual for your 2015 BMW X3 and it does not list 275/35 R20 as a tire size. If they're aftermarket tires you might want to check with BMW to see what size they say to use because the manual says not to use chains with anything larger than 245/45 R19.
With that being said I recommend getting the lowest profile chain that will fit your tires which are the Konig K-Summit K45 # TH02230K45. They ride only on the tire tread so there is no internal clearance needed between the tire's sidewall and any parts of the X3. The only chance of contact is between the tire tread and the underside of the fenders.
The owner's manual I found online says not to exceed 30 mph when using chains and only install them on the rear wheels.
