The only type of roof racks we offer for your 2010 Honda Fit are custom fit racks that use clamps to the door frame like the Rhino Rack part # RR83RR which would work well.

This is commonly preferred over a permanent install rack since it does not permanently modify the roof of the vehicle. In a lot of cases having to drill holes to the roof of a vehicle will cause the roof to leak.
