T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118585 will always have constant power running to it because it is a powered harness connected to the vehicle battery. The only time this is an issue is if a trailer has LED lights. Bleedover from the 12 volt circuit that powers the harness can dimly light up LED lights on a trailer if the trailer is left plugged in.
In order to get the unit to shut off when you turn the vehicle off you could install a battery isolation solenoid, # PK5231201. The wiring harness power wire would go to one of the side posts on the solenoid. the other side post will wire to the battery. The in line fuse for the harness should be between the solenoid and the harness. Then on the center post you would wire it to a circuit that only has power when the vehicle is on such as the radio.
