Installation Of The Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device
Question:
Hi there. Just got the THSTL2. The change key will allow me to the lock but it doesnt push the lock flush in. As a result the locking key isnt able to lock it and also the cap wont close because it isnt flush. Thanks for your assistance.

It sounds like the lock core isn't seated properly in your Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2. I've attached a video to help you with this installation as the core should be slightly recessed when installed correctly. I've also linked the installation details for you to help as well.
