If you are wanting to use rubber springs then I recommend the Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System for Light-Duty Trailers, part # TTRA1702. These springs have a capacity of 1,000 lbs and measure 2-3/4 inches tall and 3-3/8 inches diameter with no load, and 1-1/8 inches tall and 5 inches diameter when loaded.
Even though these do not fit the height and diameter that you want, they are the best solution for improving your trailer's ride because they were specifically designed for light duty trailer applications.
