Does Thule Snug Tite Lock Make a Lot of Noise when Driving
Question:
When you put the lock on the anti rattle bolt. It does not look that tight. When driving doesnt that make a lot of noise. I know the bolt is locked and wont fall off, but I would think you would hear rattling?

The lock part of the Snug Tite lock # THSTL2 can move around, this is true, but the likelihood of being able to hear it while in a moving vehicle is slim to none. It just doesn't have enough mass to make enough noise to be noticeable especially in a moving vehicle and even with the windows down. The friction between the vehicle tires and the road creates much more noise than the lock ever could. So no worries!
