For your 2002 Jeep Wrangler, we need to start with base plates for tow bar. If you have the off-road bumper with 1 inch D-rings, you will need the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Motor Home Mount Tow Bars - 1" Thick, # RM-035-1. However, if you have the off-road bumper with 3/4 inch D-rings, you will need the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Motor Home Mount Tow Bars - 3/4" Thick, # RM-035. The 3/4 inch thick or 1 inch think referes to the tabs where the D-rings mount.

For a tow bar, the Roadmaster Tracker # RM-020 you referenced is not compatible with your base plates. I recommend using the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motor Home Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs, # RM-520. You will also need safety cables, and I recommend the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs, # RM-643.

For your braking system, I recommend the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700. This will give you automatic real-time braking in your Wrangler. The actuator installs permanently so you don't have to remove, adjust, or reactivate it. This system connects to your motorhome and engages the car brakes when the motorhome lights illuminate. This system has integrated battery protection and provides a trickle charge to your Jeep battery if the Jeep's running lights are on. The motorhome monitor illuminates when the Jeep brakes are activated. This system includes the breakaway device. This system does require the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles, # RM-88400. This relay will ensure your vehicle's turn signals flash in tandem with your motorhome and keeps your towed car's brake signal from overriding the turn signal sent by your motorhome.

For your towed vehicle wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit, # RM-15267. This diode kit allows you to use your vehicle's factory wiring without compromising it by protecting it from feedback. It also includes the Coiled connector and the trailer wiring connector for the front of your Jeep.

You may need a High-low adapter, so I have attached an article to assist.
