There is a way that you can tow a 5th wheel trailer using your 2014 Ram 3500 with the Ram Box feature. It is not a traditional set up because the Ram Boxes make the bed more narrow so special equipment is needed to avoid a 5th wheel trailer pin box from hitting the bed sides when turning.
First you will need an installation kit for a 5th wheel hitch. I recommend a custom install kit, # C16430-204, because there is less drilling involved for installation and it does not take as long to complete the installation compared to universal kits. Please note that you can only install a 5th wheel hitch if the lift on your truck is a suspension lift and not a body lift.
Next you will need a specific fixed 5th wheel hitch, Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Single Jaw - 20,000 lbs # RP30928. You'll also need a wedge like # RP44FR.
And last, the trailer will need to be fitted with a Sidewinder pin box. The Sidewinder moves the pivot point of the trailer back 22 inches and the pin box arm doesn't turn at all so there is no threat to the sides of the bed. Sidewinders fit in place of certain factory pin boxes on trailers so I would need to know the pin box model and manufacturer to recommend the right one. This information should be on a sticker or plate on the pin box itself.
