Converter Required to Wire in 4-Way to Vehicle with Combined Turn Signals Stoplights
Question:
I have a 2007 Silverado Classic 1500 WT V6 that came without a towing package or any type of connector to plug in a trailer wiring harness. The Chevy dealer told me that a 4 prong flat plug with wires needed to be wired directly into the harness. My mechanic tried but could not figure out how to get power to the brake lights. Do you know where I can get a wiring diagram to help?

Sounds like you are trying to hardwire a 4-way to the taillights of your 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic. Since your truck has the turn signals and stop lights on the same circuit you would need to use a converter like the part # RM-732 wired to the stop/turn circuits to separate out the stoplight circuit.
