If you will be driving in winter conditions that truly require use of snow chains, rather than just wanting a set in the vehicle to meet a legal requirement, then I urge you to invest in a tire chain that uses a diamond chain pattern and automatic tensioning, such as the Titan # TC2323 rather than a basic ladder style cable chain like Titan # TC2029.
Tire chains also differ substantially in how easily they are installed. Just last week we had a tire chain training event here that allowed each of us to actually install the different types of available chains, and I can tell you first hand that chains that are a pain to install will tend not to be used. Chains like the Thule Lo Pro are far easier to install than most others and the chain that you can put on the car will be the chain that actually helps you in adverse winter driving conditions.
As always the car's owner's manual is the place to start when deciding on tire chains. Auto makers get the final word on the type of chains that can be used and on which tires, so a check of your manual is recommended. I reviewed an online edition and on page 8-38 Nissan indicates that low-profile S Class chains can be used on your 235/65-18 size tires. Nissan does not limit chain use to only one axle so you can use chains on all four tires. This will give you both better traction but also help maintain steering and braking performance. You are required to use the low-profile type chain such as the referenced Thule Easy-Fit chains. The linked video shows these in use.
All S Class chains suitable for use on your vehicle can be seen on the linked page. A helpful article is included too. You can click on the filters for brand, manner of tensioning, etc. No matter which chains you choose, I urge you to do some dry-run practice installations in the comfort of your garage before heading out.
